CCS AdEx 2018 - A Multicultural Career Exploration Event
The College for Creative Studies and Detroit Public TV partnered to create a creative arts careers pathways event, which was ive-streamed for easy access. We invited school districts, individual high schools, teachers and students to participate in this Ted Talk-type event.
The event was held on April 17, 2018. During the live-stream, audience members at CCS and digital viewers everywhere were inspired through immersive presentations and inspirational guest speakers, who introduced students to the possibilities of careers in the arts, design and media. The keynote address was given by Robin Terry, Chair and CEO, of the Motown Museum.
