Return/ Refund - Damaged Goods Policy


Returns/ Refunds:

  • Unopened and undamaged items may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) business days of receipt of goods. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your refund to be processed and your money refunded. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company Management on a case by case basis.
  • Unopened items may be replaced for another thank-you gift at equal or lesser value.
  • Ticket sales: All ticket sales for concerts and shows are final.

Defective/ Damaged Items/ Wrong Thank-You Gift:

  • Contact Member Services at 248-305-3900 and press 3 to inform them you have a damaged item. Return your item(s) in the envelope/box they came in along with a note indicating that you received damaged merchandise or the wrong thank you gift. Please black out your name and write on the envelope: Return to sender at Detroit Public Television- 1 Clover Court Wixom, MI 48393. Simply put your package into a mail box. A replacement item will be sent out as soon as possible.
