• Maurice Cox - Christy interviews Detroit's Planning Director Maurice Cox at the Detroit Policy Conference. He fills her in on the city's new development projects involving the riverfront and neighborhoods.
• This Old House in Detroit - In this segment, Christy talks about neighborhood revitalization with the This Old House rehab crew and the Detroit couple whose home was renovated with their assistance.
