- Downtown Perceptions Survey - Downtown Detroit Partnership CEO Eric Larson joins Stephen and Nolan in the studio to talk about the DDP's new Perceptions Survey on how metro Detroiters feel about downtown Detroit. While, the overall impressions of downtown are very favorable, there are some challenge areas that need to be tackled.
- State Economies - Where does Michigan's economy stand in comparison to the economies of other states? Stephen and Nolan debate the new rankings and whether the states' economies are tied to the approval ratings of the respective governors.
- School Border Divide - A report by the nonprofit EdBuild shows that the most segregating and economically divided school district border in the nation is the one that separates Grosse Pointe from Detroit. Stephen and Nolan discuss the findings.
