• Rapid Transit Authority Plan – After some uncertainty as to whether a millage request for the new Rapid Transit Authority Plan would appear on the November ballot, a deal has been struck that will likely salvage that opportunity to vote.  The MiWeek team discusses the behind-the-scenes negotiating. 

• Presidential Race - Chaos abounds in the race for the White House, as there are more and more calls for the GOP to abandon Donald Trump, and he clashes with party leadership. Plus, the head of the Democratic National Committee resigns.  The MiWeek team sorts through the latest troubles and talks about how some voters are looking at Third Party candidates as an alternative.
