6/9/16: DPS Deal / DPS Academic Standards / History for Hillary Clinton

Last Updated by Cheryl Jones on

The Michigan Legislature narrowly passed the Detroit Public Schools deal late Wednesday. Judge Steven Rhodes, DPS Transition Manager, and Alycia Meriweather, DPS Superintendent, attended the Mackinac Policy Conference last week. They sat down with Christy and discussed the problems that lie ahead with the academic standards for the DPS district and more. Then finally, a highlight of how Hillary Clinton has positioned herself to become first female to lead a major party’s presidential ticket this 2016 election and how she may go down in history. Nancy Kaffer is in for Stephen Henderson this week.
