On the next American Black Journal, a comprehensive report by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission indicates race played a role in the Flint water crisis. The head of the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, Agustin Arbulu, joins Stephen to talk about the Commission's findings.  Plus, collaborative efforts are underway to give young children and their families an improved early childhood educational experience in Detroit and the tri-county area.
