On the next American Black Journal: After giving more than a half-million free rides over the summer, Detroit's new QLINE is now charging passengers. We'll find out what's new and improved about the streetcar system.  Plus, the winners of this year's Comerica Hatch Detroit Contest are two refugees from East Africa.
