On the next American Black Journal, a yearly community event that brings together thousands of Detroit residents and volunteers celebrates a milestone. We'll  find out how ARISE Detroit! Neighborhoods Day has grown over the past decade and what's in store for this year's anniversary event.  Plus, ballroom dancers raise funds and awareness for mental illness in the Black community.
