The city of Baltimore is trying to get back to normal following the violence, looting and arson that broke out after the funeral for Freddie Gray –  a young black man killed while in police custody. Dr. Willie Payne, former police officer and mayor of Pontiac, joins us to discuss law enforcement reform and citizen interaction with police.

Detroit’s M-1 Rail Project has kicked off a rather aggressive construction schedule for 2015. The modern streetcar will begin operating late next year along Woodward Avenue, between Larned Street and West Grand Boulevard.
